Original Artwork

All works sold through AVM ART are original pieces. Due to the nature of original fine art, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.

Custom Artwork & Commissions

Custom pieces are created specifically for each client.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. This covers materials and studio time.

If you need to cancel or request changes, you must do so before work begins. Once materials are purchased or the artwork is in progress, cancellations may include a fee to cover costs.

Shipping & Delivery + Damages

Artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with protection.

Orders are typically shipped within a reasonable timeframe after completion. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information.If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact AVM ART within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the artwork and packaging so a claim can be filed.

Color Accuracy

AVM ART makes every effort to show colors accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your screen or lighting. These differences are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By purchasing, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout. AVM ART’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the artwork.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

AVM ART collects basic information needed to complete your order, including name, email, phone number, and shipping address.

Use of Information
Your information is used only to:
